Spicy Apple & Walnut Chutney

A particularly good cheeseboard chutney. The flavour of toasted walnut pieces compliments the sharpness of Bramley apples.

Fragrant Mango Chutney
Forget your normal supermarket fair: my mango chutney is packed with eastern spices and fresh mango pieces, and is slightly sharper than you might expect. Delicious!

Caramelised Red Onion Chutney
Containing 66% red onions, my red onion chutney has a spicy edge from the addition of chilli. The perfect accompaniment to a good pork pie, sausage roll or Scotch egg!

Banana & Pineapple Tropical Fruit Chutney

Sounds odd, tastes great! This chutney was inspired by my aunt’s habit of chopping a banana onto her curry. An amazing accompaniment to South Asian food.

Hot Pineapple Chilli Relish
Now one of my best-selling products; wonderful with samosas and onion bhaji, mature English cheese and the perfect match to a baked brie or Camembert. Can also be used as a glaze for roast chicken, pork or sausages.

Cucumber Bread & Butter Pickle
Based upon my Grandmother's recipe, this pickle won a Great Taste Award in 2014. Delicious with any cold cut, but works equally well with oily fish such as smoked salmon, fish pâtés or mackerel.
