
Carrot, Ginger & Garlic Chutney
My best selling and most unusual preserve & winner of a Great Taste Award, 2014. This is my wow chutney, since most people who taste it normally say wow afterwards! Brilliant with salty blue cheese, particularly Stilton.
Ingredients (Allergens in bold): Carrots (40%), sugar, white wine & distilled malt vinegars (gluten), root ginger (2.5%), garlic (1%), salt, cornflour, coriander seeds, dried chillies, cinnamon sticks, star anise

Sticky Chilli Jam
The newest addition to my range and already a huge hit. A cross between ketchup, thai chilli sauce and chutney with a delicious punch from Bird’s Eye chillies.
Ingredients (Allergens in bold): Tomatoes, brown sugar, red wine vinegar (sulphites), bird’s eye chillies, root ginger, garlic, fish sauce (anchovy extract(fish), salt, sugar)

Castle Bytham Piccalilli
Castle Bytham is the village where I used to live and which inspired the name of my business. This is my personal favourite: not too sweet, full of chunky veg and with a little bit of heat. Serve with ham and fried eggs!
Ingredients (Allergens in bold): Mixed vegetables (cauliflower, onion, cucumber, courgette, green beans), distilled malt vinegar (gluten), sugar, cornflour, turmeric, ground ginger, mustard powder, chilli flakes

A fairly traditional chutney, rich and delicious. Excellent on a toasted cheese, served with a cold buffet, or to add interest to sandwiches.
Ingredients (Allergens in bold): Tomatoes (36.5%), onions, sugar, white wine vinegar, sultanas (sulphites) (5%), ginger (1%), tomato puree, garlic, cardamom pods, coriander seeds, black onion seeds, dried chilli, bay leaves
